# Endbook > A free records desk for the archery club records officer: members and scores in, handicaps, classifications, club records, badge claims and handicap shoot results out. Private, in your browser. Endbook is a free, private records desk for the volunteer records officer of an archery club in Great Britain, Australia or New Zealand. Members and their scores are typed once; handicaps, classifications, club records, 252 badges, the improvement medal and handicap shoot results are worked out from them and printed. The handicap and classification maths is a tested TypeScript port of the MIT licensed archeryutils library. Guides last reviewed 27 September 2026. The full text of every guide and the FAQ is at https://endbook.app/llms-full.txt. - [Archery club records software, free to start](https://endbook.app/): Archery club records desk, free to start: members and scores in; handicaps, classifications, club records, claim sheets and shoot results out. ## Tools - [Archery records desk for your club members](https://endbook.app/desk/): Keep members and scores, then print the handicap and classification list, the reassessment report, claim sheets, club records and handicap shoot results. - [Archery handicap and classification calculator](https://endbook.app/calculator/): Free archery handicap calculator: pick the round, type the score, and get the handicap and the classification it earns, worked from the published equations. ## Reference - [Archery records officer guides](https://endbook.app/guide/): Guides for club records officers: the yearly calendar, how handicaps are worked out, handicap shoots, the January reassessment, 252 badges and medals. - [Questions about the archery records desk](https://endbook.app/faq/): Where your club's scores are kept, which handicap and classification schemes are used, how rounding works, what it costs and what the desk does not do. ## Guides - [Archery club records officer: the yearly calendar](https://endbook.app/guide/records-officer-calendar/): What an archery club records officer does and when: 1 January outdoor reset, the medal in January, 1 July indoor reset, badges and records through the year. - [How archery handicaps are calculated, with examples](https://endbook.app/guide/how-archery-handicaps-are-calculated/): How an archery handicap is worked out: a first handicap from three scores averaged and rounded down, improvements averaged, and a reset from the best three. - [Archery handicap allowance and adjusted scores](https://endbook.app/guide/handicap-shoot-results/): Work out a club handicap shoot: find each archer's allowance for the round, add it to their score, and the highest adjusted score wins. It submits nothing to a governing body or county, and outdoor and field Master Bowman and higher classifications are awarded by Archery GB, not the club. - It does not reproduce published handicap or classification tables or forms; every table is computed from the equations and every layout is its own. - Archery Australia classifications are out of scope; the Archery Australia profile covers handicaps (ratings) only. ## Pricing Free: the single score calculator, one competition results sheet of up to 20 archers, a ledger of up to 10 archers, and every guide. Premium, weekly, yearly or lifetime, adds unlimited archers and seasons, the reassessment report, club records, awards tracking, the improvement report, the Archery Australia profile, CSV import and export, and encrypted backup. Nothing is uploaded: members' names and scores stay in the browser. ## Optional - [Full text for AI assistants](https://endbook.app/llms-full.txt): every guide and the FAQ as one Markdown file. - Contact: socialreminderinfo@gmail.com
